Huntington Story

In Barstow, California something unique happened to Janice Jones. Jones a 53 year old women who lives in Barstow was in her motor home. She had the mobile home parked on near Highway 1. Around 10 pm Jones' dog, Pomeranian named Tombo knocked a 9mm handgun off a seat, the gun fired after hitting the floor passing through Jones, then through the side of the vehicle.

California Highway Patrol press liaison Tammy Rye said."It could have been worse,"Rye said." The bullet hit two inches away from the gas tank."

Jones was transported to Huntington Beach Hospital, and was then later transferred to Irvine Medical Center , she has been confirmed to have been treated there.

Tombo, Jones' dog, was placed in the care of the Huntington Beach Animal Control officers. "The dog seem malnourished," said  Janet Ngo, one of the animal control officers."It also had fresh cigarette burns."

Ngo said her office would be filling animal abuse charges against Jones."It could have done with a little less abuse and a few more of those pork chops,"said Ngo.

Officers sited Jones for expired plates and the county's district attorney's office is considering whether to charge Jones in relation to the gun incident. "Jones doesn't have a permit for the gun," said Rye.

The Story

When asked which photo out of the Academic activities category has the most displayed story I chose the photo Sparks Flying.  When I first saw this photo,  I immediately thought of the hard work and dedication I saw in the persons face,  while working on whatever project she was working on. When I see this picture I see someone's pride being crafted into something

Lines

I think this photo displays lines because of the lines in the building it really catches your eye, but the gash in the building's side really draws your attention, that it was something all parell but now it something broken, and out of form.
