Powerful movement takes over pop culture.
The #MeToo movement absolutely blown up recently, even though the concept is old, it seems as if big change is knocking on powerful figures doors everywhere as of recent. The movement has gained some serious traction last year, with the discoveries of the horrendous acts carried out by Harvey Weinstein last year. Since then, it has changed culture taking down people once thought to be untouchable, all because of this shift that is occurring right here and now, and I think the #MeToo moment may just be the beginning of the big changes to come in the future.
Who? Women, #MeToo movement.
What? The #MeToo movement.
Where? Here, as well as all around the world.
When? Now, and the future to come soon.
Why? To stop sexual-harrasment, and other unfair treatment.
How? By making the movement stay in the spotlight long enough to actually make a real difference.
