Welcome back

I picked this photo as one of my favorites, because it is just a really neat photo, with the blue and red and white.
I picked this photo because it is so weird to see people playing soccer right in front of a nuclear power plant.
This photo is one of my favorites, because  it captures what is happening in nature right now.

1. Now this was really the best song this year, but it was my personal favorite. Dark Red by Steve Lacy. Now I like this song a lot, because it is hard for me at least to define what genre the song is. It just sounds so unique and different, it is nice to hear something new and different in where I feel like most popular songs sound the same.

2. The best movie that came out this year in my opinion was the movie "Get Out".
This movie was so good because it provided a fresh concept for a movie, but something I feel like people can relate too. Whenever you see this movie  it puts you on the edge of your seat, and makes you think if something a character does is just weird or is there a deeper meaning to everything.

3.The best and most important news story this year is the U.S becoming more isolated from the rest of the world and foreign relationships hurting. Now you could count this as many different things, which it is, but I feel like it all comes back to this. You can't blame our allies abroad, when you see people marching with tiki torches saluting Hitler it must be shocking. Especially in the "Free World", but is it really, after all it was these same people that elected the current president. Not to mention it seems like our president can literally do nothing right: pulling out of the climate change agreement, threatening North Korea, forcing good relations with Putin, and Russia. We are the same country, but now people are starting to remove the hoods and robes, no longer scared of shame.

4.The most important person of the year, of course the man in the big red tie, Donald .J Trump. Trump has maybe appeared to have the most impact( Even though its mostly just noise) he has managed to try to completely discredit any people or media outlets that oppose him. He has led to not only many horrible things, but mostly important he has somehow divided the country even more than it was before, which I didn't even think was possible. Instead of what policy you favor, Trump has turned the parties of our government and their supporters into two different millitaries pitted against each other. When one team plays dirty, and the other team thinks they have to be better, we all lose.

5. The most important person/story for  entertainment is the N.B.A. In the past 3-4 years it seems like the N.B.A has kinda surged from being that one sport, to kinda the main sport. With exciting fast action, and the rise of super teams like the Warriors and Cavaliers have prompted more media coverage. I think people are just kinda getting tired of the NFL because of all the negativity and the sport, and teams like the Browns ruining careers left and right as they go.

Sensory Overload

1. I agree with this statement, it's overall message, a place is just a place, it is what inside that makes it what it really is. 2. When I looked through the pictures it made me want to go there with a camera, I have never seen such a colorful place in my life. 3.I think if you were a young child working there, it would be like a real life wonderland, but it may also be confusing because everything is so bright. 4. My favorite photo is the second in the slideshow, or the one with the women sitting in-between all the very colorful flowers.
